We’ve been excitedly counting down the days to Brittney & MJ’s wedding at Sparrow Lane since their engagement session last Summer. These two are absolutely adorable together and I just love their go-with-the-flow attitude. Even the threat of rain wasn’t going to bring down the celebration! Surprisingly, it stayed away for the most part and ruined the last-minute idea of replacing golden hour photos with a trash-the-dress session.
After popping some champagne 🍾 (and spraying the photographer in what was quite possibly the best champagne photos I’ve done 😂), everybody finished getting ready! Brittney shared a first look with her bridesmaids before sharing a special first look with her dad. Afterward, her mom and dad gifted her a special necklace of her mom’s to wear for the wedding. It was such a sweet moment. And then it was FINALLY time for MJ to see his bride. I really love moments like these. Seeing these two together and how at ease they are with one another is truly beautiful. After sharing a private moment and a few photos it was time to grab some wedding party and family portraits before the ceremony. This is when I got to see these two come by it naturally. They are surrounded by some of the most easy-going family & friends.
Everyone truly was just there, full of joy and ready to celebrate this amazing couple. After a sweet & beautiful ceremony, it was time to head over to the reception for dinner and dancing. The night was filled with smiles, laughter, and so much love. Brittney & MJ, Thank You for allowing us to share these amazing memories with you. I cannot wait to see where your love story takes you next!!
