Caitlin + Tyler's Wedding at The Gambrel Barn

Chrystal and I have known Tyler basically our entire lives. We joked at their engagement session that it was like a mini-reunion. I certainly never would have imagined the day we graduated high school that one day I would be photographing his wedding. But here we are, and I can honestly say – I have never seen Tyler look as happy and at peace as he did this past weekend. I could see it in his eyes when she walked down the aisle. Caitlin and their beautiful family hold his entire heart, and I completely understand why. I have loved getting to know Caitlin over the last year or so. She loves fiercely and yet has one of the most gentle hearts. I am truly blessed to not only have had her as a client but to call her my friend.

Life doesn’t always take the path we would expect. At times the seemingly endless twists & turns can feel like we are lost. But, eventually, the road begins to straighten and we catch a glimpse on the horizon of what lies ahead for us. The hills and valleys we’ve traveled begin to fade in the past and the rough terrain feels just a little easier. For Caitlin and Tyler – it took a long journey to find one another, but in the end, the road brought them to where they were meant to be.

Caitlin and Tyler, I am truly honored to have gotten to share this amazing day with you both and your loved ones. I am so happy that you’ve found each other, and I am wishing you both so much happiness as you start this new chapter together!
