After photographing hundreds of weddings over more than a decade, my style is deeply rooted in storytelling and a natural approach. While I am happy to guide you through formal & beautifully posed images, the goal is also to capture the true moments and emotions of the day. Of course, I am there to photograph the “big” moments like your first kiss as newlyweds, but I also want to capture the little moments just as much. I want to catch you having an amazing time laughing with your friends while getting ready, or the flower girl twirling in her dress while she feels like a mini-princess. I'm looking for Mom or Dad’s tears when they see you for the first time and those small squeezes of the hand from Grandma giving you a little extra love & reassurance. And then after the “I Do’s” have been said, you’ve shared your first kiss and you get a moment to breathe…We want to look for that moment when you exchange a small look of happiness because it hits you that you now have the rest of your lives together to adore, support, and love one another.

Hi, I’m Jessica. 🖤

I grew up in the countryside of Southwest Missouri and built my business here in the rolling hills of the Ozarks. For over a decade now, I’ve had the honor of documenting hundreds of love stories filled with teary-eyed loved ones, packed dance floors, and the quiet, sacred in-between moments that make a day feel real.

But my story doesn’t stop in Missouri. Hawai‘i has been part of my life for a long time, too.

My husband and I were married on O‘ahu while he was stationed at Marine Corps Base Kāneʻohe Bay. Years later, the Army brought us back to Schofield Barracks, where we fell in love with the North Shore in a completely different season of life. Our youngest was even born on the island. Hawai‘i isn’t just a beautiful destination to me — it’s woven into our family’s story.

As of 2026, I split my time between Missouri and Hawai‘i, serving couples in both places — and wherever their story leads.

My style has always leaned toward authenticity. Natural beauty. Movement. True-to-color imagery that feels like what the moment actually looked like.

I’ve experienced profound love — and profound loss — in my life, including the loss of my first child and my dad. Those seasons reshaped how I see everything. They taught me how fragile time really is.

So when I photograph a wedding, I’m not just thinking about how it looks. I’m thinking about how it will feel years from now. When you’re older. When someone in the photo isn’t there anymore. When the details fade, but the emotion doesn’t.

Your photos matter because they hold people.

They hold connection.

They hold moments you can’t get back.

I don’t just document details — I pay attention to feeling.

The way your hands tremble before you walk down the aisle.

The way someone squeezes you just a little tighter during a hug.

The way the room feels when everyone you love is gathered in one place.
