Two years ago, I had the honor of capturing Ashley & Michael’s beautiful wedding day, and since then, I’ve been lucky enough to see them in front of my camera several times. Watching their family grow has been so special, from the anticipation of their little one’s arrival to finally welcoming sweet Miss Mila into the world. She is truly one of the happiest, most joyful babies I’ve ever met—always ready with a big smile and full of curiosity. I could easily spend forever photographing this beautiful family and capturing these precious moments.

The Neal Family | Springfield MO Fall Family Photos

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Austin and Tina! It’s hard to believe it’s been five years since I captured their beautiful wedding day, and now, here we are grabbing Fall photos with their two sweet little girls. Watching their family continue to grow and getting to document these moments is such a joy. The girls were full of smiles and laughter, and their joy was absolutely contagious.

Libby | Class of 2025 High School Senior Photos in Springfield MO

I’m right in the middle of Fall busy season, editing away, but I just couldn’t wait any longer to share some photos from one of the first of many sessions last weekend.

I don’t do senior portraits often, but this one was extra special. My sweet niece, Libby, will be graduating this coming Spring, and I couldn’t be prouder. Watching her grow into the kind, open-hearted young lady she’s becoming has been such a joy. She’s starting to find her way, figuring out who she wants to be, and it’s been incredible to witness.

For her session, we kicked things off with one of her favorite hobbies—reading—before swinging by the music section for a fun little shout-out to our local Chappell Roan. After that, we grabbed a few photos at the park and finished downtown, making sure to get a shot of her with her camera. Libby has been part of her yearbook team and has even student-interned with me over the last year or so. It’s been so fun having her behind the scenes, getting a little glimpse of what I do.

Libby, I am so proud of you and excited to see where life takes you next. I can’t wait to celebrate all of the amazing things coming your way this year!

Jen + Susan | Cassidy Station at Estes Farm, Nixa MO Wedding

This past weekend, I had the absolute honor of celebrating Jen and Susan’s wedding at the beautiful Cassidy Station at Estes Farms in Nixa, MO. I only had a few hours with them, but what an incredible few hours it was—I could have photographed them forever.

The love between these two was truly moving, radiating through every moment of the day. It was impossible not to feel the warmth and joy that surrounded them, especially with their family and friends, who were equally kind and welcoming.

Their ceremony was nothing short of beautiful, with emotional and heartfelt vows that left everyone teary-eyed. Jen’s sweet mom officiated the ceremony, adding an extra layer of love and joy to the moment. One of the most touching parts was the family unity ceremony, where Jen and the kids welcomed Susan into their hearts and officially into their family. It was a moment that perfectly embodied love and the beginning of a new chapter together.

The celebration continued with an intimate dinner reception, filled with laughter, smiles, and so many heartfelt toasts to the newlyweds. Every toast was a testament to the love Jen and Susan share. As the evening unfolded, Jen and Susan shared their first dance briefly under the twinkle lights before inviting their guests to join them on the dance floor. Soon everyone was dancing the night away under the glowing lights. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day—filled with joy, love, and a whole lot of dancing!

Jen & Susan, thank you for allowing me to be part of your day. It was truly a joy to witness the love and connection you share. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness and unforgettable memories.
