I grew up in a small rural town outside of Springfield – where I actually lived next door to Josh thru high school. We weren’t quite the same. I was the drama geek who tended to have a book in her face – while he was the little brother, the trouble-making country boy next door. Honestly, some of my most prominent memories are of a group of rowdy boys next door having boxing matches, jumping off the roof….and probably lots of other things our parents weren’t supposed to know about.
And now we’re all grown up — and Josh is getting married. I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Katie up until they hired me for their wedding but I am so glad I can say I know her now. Katie is seriously beyond sweet. Even before we met, her emails were bringing me to tears with her kind nature and a big heart. I think Josh & Katie bring out such a happiness in one another and I am so excited for their wedding next Spring.
