Scott and Lance’s wedding was one of those that I was not ready to leave at the end of the night. It was such a wonderful day. They started off the day relaxing while the lovely ladies in their lives got pampered in one of the gorgeous historic lofts on Commercial Street. Then everyone headed across the street for some portraits in the garden at The Savoy Ballroom before everyone began arriving for cocktail hour. There were smiles all around as everyone mingled, excited to celebrate. After the cocktail hour, everyone took their seats for an extremely sweet and emotional ceremony. It was such a beautiful moment watching these two gentlemen walk each other down the aisle. Scott even surprised Lance by singing to him while a slideshow of images from their lives together played in the background. Happy tears were flowing all around as Lance & Scott were officially pronounced husband and husband.
After cutting their cake, it was time for an amazing meal from Simply Delicious before heading into some speeches that brought both laughter and more tears. There was no doubt that these two are surrounded by so much love from their family & friends. After dinner and speeches, they escorted one another to the dance floor to share their first dance as a married couple as the band played in the background.
Lance & Scott, thank you so much for including us in this amazing day. I am so grateful to have gotten this time with you and your loved ones. I am wishing you so much happiness in this next chapter of your love story!
