Morgan + Justin’s Glass Hauss Wedding | Blue Eye, MO

From the moment I met Morgan & Justin at their engagement session last summer, I fell in love! These two were meant to be. They have the kind of easy connection and playful sweetness that makes my job such a joy.

This past weekend, it was finally time to celebrate their big day at the beautiful Glass Haus in Blue Eye, Missouri, with Table Rock Lake shining in the background. It was bright, sunny, and simply perfect.
Morgan & Justin’s wedding was the absolute best kind of fun — the kind that leaves your cheeks aching from laughing so much you lose track of time.
We kicked off the day with everyone getting ready — Justin and the guys were hanging out in the groom’s suite, cold beers in hand and the game on TV. Meanwhile, upstairs, the ladies were getting pampered, sharing mimosas and laughter as hair and makeup came together. Kids ran around giggling, adding a whole extra level of cuteness to the morning, plus keeping a 3-month-old happy on a wedding day is always its own adventure, but all the kids brought SO much joy to the day.
After Morgan’s mom helped her get dressed, Morgan shared the sweetest first look with her dad — no shoes needed, just a few tissues for those happy tears. Then she and Justin had their own first look on the balcony. It was such a sweet moment, and we snuck in a few portraits before gathering their wedding party and family for photos.
Before we knew it, it was ceremony time. The sun was beaming down as they exchanged vows and rings, sealing it all with a kiss while their favorite place in the world was the backdrop behind them. Their two beautiful girls joined them for the walk back down the aisle, making the most beautiful end to their ceremony.
After a few more family photos, Morgan and Justin joined their guests for cocktail hour. Inside and out, everyone mingled, kids played games, and laughter carried through the breeze.
The newlyweds made a big entrance, causing the reception dinner to kick off with warmth and more smiles than I could count. After they ditched their wigs and sunglasses, their first dance was sweet and full of smiles. Morgan’s parents gave the most heartfelt welcome, thanking everyone for celebrating this next chapter with them and blessing the meal alongside their grandkids. It was a true testament to how loved these two are.
After dinner, they mingled and cut their cake, topped with the topper used at Morgan’s parents’ wedding. Their guests sampled the amazing dessert bar while we dashed outside for what may have been the quickest golden hour session I’ve ever shot. But honestly, with these two, it didn’t take much. The sunset above the lake made the perfect backdrop for a few snuggles, a lot of laughter, and kisses that made everyone on the balcony cheer.
When we came back inside, Morgan and Justin were greeted by a surprise: their friends and family had dressed up in inflatable costumes for a hilarious performance just for them. It had everyone doubled over laughing and set the tone for the rest of the night — dancing, drinks, and an overflowing dance floor.
I truly don’t think the day could have been any more perfect for these two and all the people who love them.
Congratulations again, Morgan & Justin — what an incredible day to start the rest of your forever. I am so thankful to have met you and to have been able to share in this next chapter in your story! I can’t wait for the next one!
Lots of love,
