It felt amazing to get back behind the camera this past weekend after not being able to work due to the COVID-19 virus. I could not have chosen a better couple for our first session back. Chris & Rebecca are just so sweet and absolutely perfect together. We spent the first part of their engagement session just getting to know one another at Fellows Lake, just north of Springfield, MO. I also had the chance to meet their 3 fur-babies. Rebecca proudly claims that they have “foster-failed” by adopting instead of just fostering through the local rescue, Havaheart. If she hadn’t already laid claim, I would have been kidnapping one of those sweet babies to take home with me!
After spending some time with the fur-babies it was time to spend some more time with Rebecca & Chris on their own. We chatted while we explored the area and played in the field until the sun was setting on the horizon. It was so refreshing being around this sweet couple and watching how they interact with one another. There was such a comfort in the way they are together. You could just tell how much they cherish their time with one another. I cannot wait until their wedding later this year!
