Danan + Mayur’s American & Hindu Wedding | Weathered Wisdom Barn Wedding | Preston, MO

I was blessed to spend a lot of time last week with Danan & Mayur during both their Hindu & their American wedding ceremonies. Both families were so amazing and welcoming to us. I could not be more grateful for them opening their lives & hearts to us.

I was so honored to witness and to be a part of Mayur & Danan’s Hindu Marriage Ceremony in Branson, MO! I absolutely love learning about different cultures and the way they celebrate love. I am so thankful to Mayur’s family for teaching us about their traditions, being such wonderful hosts, and offering so much lovely food. It was an amazing experience filled with so much color.

Friday’s American ceremony at The Weathered Wisdom Barn came on an absolutely beautiful day. Everyone was in such good spirits and ready to have fun. And believe me, fun we did have. There was yummy food, FIVE cakes, so much dancing…a Bohemian Rhapsody sing-off between the bride and groom, and even a plushy toss instead of the traditional bouquet toss. Everything about this day was centered on celebrating all of the things that make Danan & Mayur such a wonderful couple! I am so glad that we were able to share these moments!!
