I met Lissette last year when she was a bridesmaid at her brother’s wedding and I immediately adored her. I could tell how much heart she had and how much she loved her family. I secretly hoped that one day I’d get to photograph her wedding. I probably should mention that she wasn’t even engaged yet at the time..😂
So needless to say, I was beyond excited when the stars aligned and I ended up being available for Derek & Lissette’s wedding.
These two are seriously SO amazing to be around. They had us laughing and enjoying their engagement session the entire time. I already knew that Lissette was a complete sweetheart and luckily Derek is just as great!
They took us to their favorite spot around Stockton Lake where we climbed on rocks, took in the beautiful view and in the end they even were ready to climb into some FREEZING water for me. I have SOOO many photos to share but for now, I just wanted to share a small peek at one of my favorite moments — when they snuggled up in the back of the truck, debating over who’s beer is better.
